WK Real Estate's foundation is rooted in building strong relationships and local connections, a philosophy that has been integral to the company since its inception. The company was founded by Lew Kingdom and Stu Wright in 1976, after both working within the Boulder real estate market. Initially known as Wright Kingdom, it was renamed WK Real Estate in 2016. Over the years, WK Real Estate has grown significantly. By expanding its services to include relocation assistance and becoming a charter member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and Luxury Portfolio International ®, WK has local, national and international reach. The company has also been at the forefront of technology, partnering with Burrow to enhance its digital presence. Today, under the leadership of Dan Kingdom, Lew's son, WK Real Estate continues to prioritize personalized client experiences, treating clients as part of the WK family and helping them achieve their goals.

Additionally, we offer the WK Real Estate Scholarship to high school students attending the Leeds School of Business at CU and make an annual monetary contribution to an organization in need. We're particularly passionate about supporting mental health initiatives, including Rise Against Suicide, by contributing to their Holiday Star and participating in the Emerge 5K.
